Brochures & booklets
Whatever your media outlets, sooner or later you’ll find a use for a printed handout — whether for providing information and data, or explaining some particular aspect of your business — in fact, pretty much any purpose you can think of! They're ideal for displaying on exhibition stands or in office reception areas — they give your visitors something to take away and read later, providing an ideal reminder of your business and what it does. They can also be a cost-effective way of carrying out a mailshot. A handout can be a permanent reference in convenient format, collecting all the important information into one place, such as your contact details and summaries of the services and products you have on offer.
Brochures and booklets are an ideal way to give in-depth information in a concise format — more detailed and more permanent than a display ad, but not necessarily demanding a huge attention span from your target audience. Illustrated or not, they can be anything from a cheap-and-cheerful black and white leaflet, to a full-on glossy multi-page, and they can of course be turned into web-ready PDF files to provide additional promotional power for your web site and targeted email campaigns.
Medievalbookshop can take on almost any aspect of production from copy-editing or ghost writing, through the type and design stages, to print-ready PDF — and can even find a printer for you if you don’t already have one.

Online brochures
These brochures were commissioned by the clients specifically for online use, and have full sets of navigation links built in — these can be used via the PDF bookmarks feature. Some of these also had printed versions produced for mailshots and handouts.
Syllabus for corporate intern scheme

Catalogue (leaflet style)
This bookseller’s catalogue was prepared monthly, designed as A5-sized 4-page leaflets. A printed version was sent out with packaged orders, and a PDF file was produced for viewing on a web site, and for sending out as email attachments. The PDF proved particularly flexible from the point of view of the introductory paragraphs, which could be re-worded for each new recipient list.
Investment brochure
Anniversary brochure
Produced for a diamond anniversary, the brief was to give prominence to photos from the client’s archive, liberally supported by celebrity anecdotes and mugshots.
Conference papers
The client’s costs were kept down on this project by setting in black & white, and binding as a saddled-stitched brochure with light card covers.
