How to order this book


Looks at the dynastic propaganda embedded in the windows of King’s College Chapel, Cambridge. Planned by Henry VII and continued by Henry VIII, leading artists were recruited to make them “England’s response to the Sistine Chapel”. In a more general way, the story is part of a history of England, reflecting the change, conflict and modernity of the early sixteenth century.
